Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-8 business days.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@ebikeprogear.com.
No Shipping outside the USA.
Shipping Options
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is usually completely free! This option usually takes between 5-8 days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order. There are other options available, however. We also offer the below options for some products. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.

Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.

White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house! Saunas will not be assembled.

We are a family owned business that lives life outdoors. We do everything outdoors from sailing, hiking, camping, fishing, and even aviation. We needed a way to help my parents keep up with the outdoor activities that defined their lives. Ebikes seemed to be a great way to do just that and keep them doing what they love. After weeks online looking for the best ebike for their needs, I realized most stores had very small product selection or bad customer service. I could not find web sites with a large vendor supply and also had good customer service that I could ask questions and get specific answers. So we decided to build a store to fix that exact problem and give our customers the ability to make their investment with confidence.
At Ebike Pro Gear we take pride in our customer service. We want every customer to be fully comfortable with their ebike investment. We try to build our site to have everything you need to make your investment. But we know it is impossible for us to have all the answers a customer may want to know about their new ebike. So if we can't answer immediately, we believe we owe it to our customers to help them find the information so they can make the best decision on their investment.
